                                                             Depending on what time I get to the, Gym if it is not a whole planned day of fitness.

                                                             Running for a day? On a treadmill?? Is just plain boring.

                                                             Then cycling to and from the place, 15 kms each way.

                                                             Unless running there to do a work out. For 4 hour's or more.

 

 

 

 

HATE'S                            People that think they own someone when they don't. Dense M f#r's that continue after they have sever
